easy to be recruited there

Cons

everything else ,no Heath and Safety conditions , bonus is almost impossible to achieve, no respect from managing team, union in bed with the company , they dont care about you, if you have an accident it is always your fault ,ect. List is too long to put it here . Best advice , do not join .
