Pros

Next are a very good company to work for. People seem to stick around in the company. Employee benefits are ok: nice working environment - offices etc. Staff Restaurant is very good, as are coffee shops and Juice Bar. 25% staff discount and VIP priority on sale events is really good.

Cons

Some people have been in their jobs way too long and naturally stagnate. This creates talent log-jams with people not being able to progress and improve the business. 'Dead man's shoes' and 'who you know' drives many promotions which also causes long term issues. There is little in the way of flexible working; you need to be at your desk.
