      Pros

      I worked at next for 2 years and i really liked my job as it was time flexible which was very convenient and flexible for me. The staff were friendly when I started out an everyone else was helpful in helping me settle in. The job interview wasn't really hard to get through which is a good thing. Salary and staff discount amongst other benefits was also an added bonus.

      Cons

      Only con to working here i think would be that sometimes it gets really busy and you need to be out on the store floor cleaning up and replenishing items constantly but other than that it was a fairly easy job to do.

      Pros

      20% discount for myself and family. Some friendly colleagues and often keep Christmas temps on

      Cons

      Only started with a 4 hour contract which was later changed to 3. Rude, nasty staff and badly managed by a manager that was later sacked. Not much chance to progress away from stockroom assistant. Everyone in their own cliques. Horrendous sale periods especially summer and Christmas with a lot of theft and angry,stressed customers. No time allowed off and often people approaching 18 were told their contracts ran out so they didn't have to pay more. Soul destroying.

      Discount. Rota online. Some staff nice mostly the newish people

      Cons

      Getting nagged to approach more. Smile. Im not a miserable person im just natural .some people don't want to be bugged when shopping with a fake smile.
