Pros
I worked at next for 2 years and i really liked my job as it was time flexible which was very convenient and flexible for me. The staff were friendly when I started out an everyone else was helpful in helping me settle in. The job interview wasn't really hard to get through which is a good thing. Salary and staff discount amongst other benefits was also an added bonus.
Cons
Only con to working here i think would be that sometimes it gets really busy and you need to be out on the store floor cleaning up and replenishing items constantly but other than that it was a fairly easy job to do.
