Pros
Nice people, that's about it. Honestly, if it wasn't for the other members of staff I worked with, I would have left long before I did.
Cons
Expected to do way more out of your job description. The company keeps you on low contracts but expects you to work every hour under the sun to 'meet company needs', even if your contract is a measly 4 hours. As a result of this, don't expect much holiday pay! Came across very 'office politics'. Not much room for progression unless you were favoured by someone higher up. The higher up people tend to be, the less work appears to get done.
