Always overtime, easy to pick up shifts on an easy accessible portal and 25% discount!

Cons

Where there is hour's you get them cut if store isn't performing as well as it should be

Pros

Great hours,employee portal good for picking up extra shifts,all stockroom staff very hardworking therefore no bickering goes on.

Cons

If you need to find something -do it yourself as nobody helps you- they will stand and watch you rather than offer any help or direction(apart from the odd person) Not very friendly but the work gets done.

Flexible hours, generous staff discount, well structured online portal allowing the booking of holidays, to pick up extra hours and cut back on hours that you can't do.

Cons

Cash based incentives make the customer service great towards customers, but inter-staff relationships can suffer. Instore training is a bit thin, with more emphasis on you learning on your own time.
