Not great pay but there are always various bonuses/promotions to be picked up

Staff discount, uniform allowance, first dibs at sale items, chance to pick up extra shifts if desired, colleagues are frirendly

Cons

Practically no christmas break, little to no formal training, no chance of progressing if your not one of the favourites, favourtism, contract hours are only a guide most of the time, management aren very understanding alot of the time
