      Pros

      If you are lucky, you can meet nice team members in technical teams. But most of the PMs are not actually working as PM, just entertaining clients.

      Cons

      I think NEC should value the technical people. NEC keeps trying to be a symbol of work and life for employees but it's only for other departments, not for technical teams. Even we had Sunshine Friday, we developers, consultants couldn't able to go back. Always want us to work OT and sending Whatsapp messages even in midnight by showoff BA.
