      Pros

      If you are joining as a fresher, you will get excellent learning opportunities. There are very supportive colleagues and a good environment. NEC is a good company. You get projects and are included in direct client meetings after some time.

      Cons

      Micro-management If there are no projects, you are placed in any available project regardless of your expertise. In my opinion, you shouldn't stay for more than 2-3 years. You have to work on weekends as well.
