      Good benefits with lots of recognition by the customers in Japan. Various education materials are available and no pressure from the managements.

      Cons

      No challenge is encouraged. Bad management, or too many people in the management positions. No decision is made, no promises are kept. Only focusing on domestic customers in Japan.
