NSP trains newly-hired recruits, which includes Japanese language training. There are also chances for business trips and trainings to Japan. Projects are challenging, where developers can enhance their skills.

Cons

NSP projects can become stressful, especially if schedules provided by clients are not negotiable. Modification requests during development period is also common. Poorly planned projects often result to a lot of overtime.
