I don't feel the upper managerment knows and understands what it is we do in field operations. I feel we also lack in sales department.

Work life balance is good. The benefit is good. The colleagues are all nice and smart people. The environment of the company is very comfortable.

The project is not challenge or interesting. The salary is not very satisfying. The development of your career is not good.

New technologies are being developed, very interesting and challenging work. Opportunities to develop new skills and to use advanced tools and methods.

Cons

Very demanding, no good balance between personal and professional life, no good planning for annual leave. Aggressive project management making meeting of the schedule always impossible and keeping the people under pressure and occupied 120% all the time.
