      Not a place for young people with some ambitions

      Pros

      Lifestyle is good. Location is nice as well. Senior managers are nice, although some junior managers and team leaders can be really, really, really jerky. Working environment tend to be comfortable, and they do not push you hard.

      Cons

      Environment can be too comfortable to make people somewhat lazy. Somewhat inefficient team work and management. Company structure ensures that you will not be promoted to any position higher than Vice-President, unless you are a Japanese. This really sucks for people with huge ambitions. What is worse, the salary level is rather low

      Pros

      Excellent learning for freshers, dynamic work environment, able to maitain balance between personal and professional life

      Cons

      salary scale needs a lot of improvement as it does not match the industry scale. Inter-team team interaction should be improved as people are not aware of people in other teams.
