Pros

Plenty of projects opportunities for staff. Most of the projects are for government entities both in Singapore and overseas. So it is relatively stable to work there.

Cons

Staff need to be self-trained. As the projects usually comes with a tight timeline. the staff needs to have a know-how skill to solve the problem on his/her own.
