Good technology, Fast development, Very smart people

Cons

Things change daily, Do believe what one person tells you because it has probably changed already. It helps to have connections to management. If you are not in the group socially, you are not respected.

Pros

Difficult to find positives. Life is way too short to be working for people like this.

Cons

It has become hugely political, with leadership tensions both at middle and upper managment. The management are narcissistic and have fostered a bullying culture. Projects are given unrealistic completion times with workers ostracised and singled out when things go wrong. I would strongly reccommend against working here.

flexible timings(suits for managers),cab facility(but odd timing) , join nec hcl or ntil if u beleive in showbazi or a BIHARI

too much politics,leg pulling,image based appraisals(not work based)
