Fantastic bunch of people who really know their stuff. Great culture among Adelaide staff. Salary at roughly market rate. Some room to move up if the motivation is there.

Cons

Salary freeze for the past few years had caused alot of anxiousness and cost the company some very talented staff. Some dubious decisions made by mid level management have left senior delivery staff feeling appreciated. Though it's clear the SA team is carrying the company nationally in respect to profits, the appreciation is does not clearly extend beyond mere words. And lack of training, if you're being billed then no chance of that. Very sales oriented reward structure, no bonuses for successful delivery.

Good managers. Nice team. Work flexibility.

Cons

No long term view for an individual within the organisation. No training provided for career growth. My division does not even do annual reviews for an individual!
