      short term onsite max 15 days to 3month not more than that , good for fresher 1-3 yr max,

      Cons

      -Japaneses company, so no working hour , no sunday even force to work @ national holiday. -after 9 pm or 11 pm manager expect that take team viewer from home and complete work -no support to study or self-growth , in front they say clear certification , in backend they say if he or she clear certification they leave company -very small mentality
