      Cab Facility Good Projects Friendly environment New Technologies to try Easy onsite to JAPAN.

      No Work Life Balance, Forgot Personal Life, Work for at least 12 hours a day. Worst managers.(Management/Technical) and their skills. Image based appraisals/appreciation. Managers creates the environment very frustrating. worst workplace... (congested). No grooming.. no soft skills people.. managers used desi language in meetings. Many people to listen problems but nothing happens. Nothing to relax.. environment. These days a lot of cheap cost cutting activities.
