      Pros

      Flexible working hours and Remuneration.

      Cons

      Strategic thinking locally does not mirror National approach causing constant rethink and churn. Constant re-org (2 new managers in 7 months) does not help the situation. Middle management appear clueless and seemingly employ a mercenary approach to staff engagement.
