Pros

Good company culture and perks. Benefits packages were the best I have ever had in corporate America. Working on the Lot always generated camaraderie and offered daily perks.

Cons

HR ineffectual if you have a real need or issue. Little to no oversight of the value or efficacy of staff once they are at VP level or above. Little cross-functional collaboration, which made it harder to work as a real team.

Pros

Great People! My favorite part! Great Benefits Creating fun work together!

Cons

Hard to grow in company. Too many cooks in the kitchen. Feels like company only cares about what you produce, versus you as a human and your value. I love my co-workers but not happy with the culture.
