Difficult company to work for

Pros

There were good times, but when you have a bad and unqualified manager, it makes things very difficult. While I have nothing against diversity, NBC has become EXTREMELY left-leaning and laid off over 3,500 people in 2020, with many of the jobs being filled solely for diversity reasons.

Cons

Poor pay, health insurance leaves a lot to be desired (you're denied a number of things such as minor medical procedures, etc.)

Pros

Flexible working hours and some good perks

Cons

Colleagues are toxic, superficial and judgemental Singapore management is biased and you are only recognised for your efforts if you are Caucasian Uneven work distribution within team and bosses do not care
