Pros

Amazing people to work with everyday.

Cons

We were hired as remote employees based in New York City and now they're making us hybrid and commute to New Jersey in the middle of summer without any flexibility or enough notice to rearrange our lives. I'd gladly commute to 30 Rock, but they claim that they don't have the capacity for more people there.

Pros

If you drink the kool-aid, you stay....and probably enjoy.

Cons

If you aren't brain-washed and take the red pill, you most likely will leave after 3 years.

Pros

This company allows you to grow within. They prioritize keeping employees and promoting from within. Benefits are good and the people are nice.

Cons

Being strung along. A lot of times things like promotions/raises will be promised and not delivered on. They want you around, but you have to negotiate for yourself.
