Pros

Feels very stable compared to other media/movie studios in the industry. The company culture and HR team have been great.

Cons

There's a lot of dead weight at the company who have been here a long time. They stay because of the culture and stability which makes sense but for anyone below them, this can make it really challenging to grow your career when the people above you don't share the same ambition.

Pros

Great culture, company screenings, support as a junior staff

Cons

Management - only way anyone progress is by threatening to leave or if you are liked, most skilled employees won’t ever be promoted, salary is awful compared to competition

Pros

Park pass, discounts, and employee walk throughs

Cons

Toxic, unprofessional managers. Tiered system lwaving many employees without same benefits as others. Cost cutting measures impact hours, operations, and guest experience. Not safe for people with food allergies to eat at staff cafeterias. No interest in improvement in guest or staff services. Impossible to move up. Ineffective HR and career services. Policies and procedures change regularly to employee and guest detriment. Unlrofessional "leaders." Unlivable wage and not enough hours assigned. No health insurance.
