Pros

Great opportunities IF you're in the right group

Cons

With all of the red tape here, it's hard to believe anything gets done. Favoritism is a practice.

Pros

Great Benefits, Daily communication between upper-management and employees via emails and meetings keeps everyone well informed.

Cons

Expect to work extremely long hours with no work/life balance. Promotions and raises are hard to come by. Negotiate a good salary before accepting the job. Too many meetings, hinders productivity. Too much bureaucracy, makes it difficult for change
