Brilliant product which people are super proud of and keen to work for

Cons

The gloss and glamour don't quite match the cold reality of work. For all the effort and passion many people put in, Senior Management is quite a way away from what really happens and or needs to happen to make it a happier place to work. Plenty of back stabbing and climbing over people to move up the career ladder

Benefits are good. People at the brands are smart and fun to work with.

Cons

Sexism is rampant in digital products group within Technology division. Senior 'leadership' is more invested in keeping their jobs than doing the right thing. Old school IT thinking still dominates.
