Pros

Great involvement and investment between employees/company and greater community. Lots of opportunities to volunteer, participate with other internal groups and engage with executives outside of your department or scope. Worthy HR events to participate in and meet people. Investment in women in entertainment and executive leadership.

Cons

Difficult to gain a promotion and associated pay raise, even with stellar ratings from supervisors and consistent above-and-beyond work. I have worked here for 6+ years with only one acceptable title bump - which still does not appropriately cover the full width and breadth of what I do - and only one acceptable increase in pay. DO NOT accept a below-average figure from them in the initial - or any corporation, really - as you will find it incredibly hard to make up that lost ground.

Bizarre, Kafka-esque Management

Pros

Sometimes the people one works with are really great. It's hit or miss, but the best people are fantastic. Also, if you get the opportunity to work with contractors (iGate, OnPrem, etc.), they are usually just fantastic and leagues better to work with than full timers.

Cons

Gross mismanagement of people. Political nightmare. Kafka-esque.

Pros

Outside of it being just like most finance positions in a large company, the perks are being on an actual live Hollywood backlot. Makes the environment more fun and exciting. Free screenings of upcoming movies are also great.

Cons

Certain members of executive management team are quick to judge without giving employees opportunities to prove themselves. There's a ton of corporate politics in play. With entertainment comes the big head personalities.
