Pros
Outside of it being just like most finance positions in a large company, the perks are being on an actual live Hollywood backlot. Makes the environment more fun and exciting. Free screenings of upcoming movies are also great.
Cons
Certain members of executive management team are quick to judge without giving employees opportunities to prove themselves. There's a ton of corporate politics in play. With entertainment comes the big head personalities.
