Pros

They don't know what the core hours of business are, but then again, that not such a pro, but it does help you decide your own hours.

Cons

They don't take responsibility for doing the wrong thing. The IT and HR departments are very inexperienced and lack the knowledge and respect of their roles. They have no idea how to answer simple questions, you're on your own!
