Too much work, not paid adequate. Nice environment, nice colleagues, but no communication with management and HR Mng.

Pros

Learning a lot about media planning and media buying, but only if the management give you the chance. New tools, new softwares. Introducng to new kind of work environment, many new clients, new connections with media and advertisers. Very interesting and inspiring.

Cons

Nepotism. Low percentage of educated people. Chances are not the same for everyone, only for "the chosen ones", regarding to who is who's friend or relative not regarding at all to someone's education, facilities, experience and knowledge.

Job advancement, excellent management, positive attitudes, great pay, excellent healthcare

Cons

Some of the politics played withing the company are hard to deal with, lots of change in terms of re-orging etc
