Toxic environment - too much politics - nepotism

- there are some really smart people in the company - big on business process improvements

Cons

- lack of true leadership - too many cooks - beauracractic - too many processes - takes forever to get things done - wrong people get promoted because of favoritism and nepotism - pays less compared to peer companies - too many good people are leaving because of career stagnation - not family friendly
