Pros

Fun brands, extremely intelligent and creative people. The company is going through change and positive growth since the acquisition by Comcast. Upper management is smart and focused on growth and innovation.

Cons

Culture can be competitive in an unhealthy way. East coast offices are less laid back than west coast offices. Work/life balance can be tricky. Not good at helping employees grow in career development. Can be difficult to move between divisions.

Pros

Great location. The lot is nice and the proximity of the theme park and city walk is convenient.

Cons

I observed that upper management was often unorganized and had difficulty managing their departments.
