Worked for one of the cable networks and at times it didn't feel like we were part of a big corporation.

My coworkers are great. We had much of a family environment and worked well as a team.

Cons

Upper management was evasive and there is a feeling of 1st class vs 3rd class. Very segregated when it came to titles within the company.
