Groups that want current employees to grow internally within the company. Lots of guidance when needed. No one seems to be out to get anyone. Everyone tries to help out.

Cons

Limited amount of work space either for storage or desk space.

NBCUniversal has one of the best Employee Resource Group programs in the media industry. Comcast (our parent company) fully supports them and the efforts they undertake. Growth and networking are a critical part of career development and the ERGs are a great platform to accomplish this.

Cons

There has been a lot of change within the company, and organizational change management has not been executed as well as it could have been.
