Pros

Generally my projects have been fun interesting and engaging. TV and media is/will evolve for the foreseable future and NBCU is well positioned to continue to be successful.

Cons

General work ethic is an expectation of long hours or off hours support for primetime or weekends and special events occasionally. Internally offerred training seems to be diminishing. Leadership ocasionally allows apathy to fester

Pros

You are surrounded by a very professional atmosphere, while you are creating! It's amazing

Cons

I was a freelance, so after a year, if you are a freelance, They have the let you go, by any law I don't understand! In my opinion, once you get use to the job, trhey need to evaluate to make you staff or so. In that way, they don't need to look for a new person and train this person to get the job done. It is a waste of time in my opinion.
