It's a job. Pay is at par.

Cons

Everyone is a number, not a person. Leaders protect their own jobs and trim the workforce to maintain positive book-keeping regardless of reason. No real training, but lots of hype.

free screenings, many perks associated with film releases, free refreshments, very supportive immediate team, international opportunities in some departments

Cons

need to play office politics to get promoted, promotions not always on merit, very dependent culture, no bonus for employees below Director level, fragmented HR department, over worked and under paid, training and development programs aimed at Director level and above, business improvement ideas not always listened to by senior leaders, low levels of employee engagement,
