Pros

I thought as a Commercial Operations coordinator I had a lot of responsibility and freedom. Managers were not overbearing and understood the stressfulness of the job at times (and didn't come down too hard on you for mistakes)

Cons

Difficult to move up or get promoted (very few manager positions) and hard to stay challenged long term.

Pros

The pay and benefits were ok, you get to put NBC Universal on your resume, a big deal for some

Cons

There is no room for growth, the leadership in my department changed every year for over five years, it's a revolving door
