      Pros

      It's a great place to work, the perks are pretty good, the people are fun and passionate about the industry.

      Cons

      No upward mobility, management fails to recognize their employees, since Comcast bought GEs shares they are getting more and more stingy regarding perks. They decided to have a "holiday party" every other year even though they are making record profits.

      Pros

      great people. good location. Looks good on your resume. you might run into a personality everyday. The pay is decent. your job is clearly defined.

      Cons

      The campus is huge. There are LOTS of meetings. You are working for a company who's primary business is in flux and it doesn't seem like their strategy for dealing with the issues is sure, but that's because their actions are dictated by stock price.

      Pros

      17 plus years with the company afforded me ample growth both professionally and financially. New projects were constantly being brought in which I had the opportunity to work on and participate.

      Cons

      My business moved to Stamford, CT, the commute was too much. With all my broths I had outgrown my own position with no prospect of internal advancement. As a major company I believe we bang to loose sight as to what our purpose was, entrainment, good natured adn creative, and decision we based solely on rules adn profit margins.
