Pros

It's a famous brand, pretty good benefits, and there is a lot of exciting stuff happening at the company especially in digital/online.

Cons

Ambitious high performers leave after 2 years for a promotion somewhere else. The digital business has a re-organization every 12 months which creates its own problems. Managers are promoted based on years of service rather than people skills, which maintains the status quo.

Pros

There is opportunity for growth within the company. Fast passed environment. You work with creative people. Helpful HR staff.

Cons

There is a lot of oversight with management. Very little direction. Management over works and underpays staff.
