NASCAR execs are willing to promote from within and reward hard work. Benefits are great and people really care.

Cons

There can be a lot of travel making it difficult to set boundaries. The culture, as everywhere, is if you have a cell phone, you are available. But again, that makes boundary setting less than ideal.

People, experience and travel- If you enjoy motorsports it is a wonderful experience. You must enjoy travel and be prepared to sacrifice time at home.
