long hours, short down time. Pay is commensurate to intermediate management, work is expected to mirror senior level management at all times.

Great work experience, and opportunities to learn skills. Get to travel the country following the tour.

Cons

Poorly paid, over worked, have to be available pretty much 24/7 from Feb. - Nov. and work 40-60 hour weeks when you travel. Not much room for promotions or any pay raises. They pay cheap and hire young.
