Pros

The people are amazing and although the company is large, it feels like a close-knit family. Because NASCAR events happen all over the country there is opportunity to travel.

Cons

The race season is long and you will often have to work on weekends and at night. The audience is somewhat specific and it's difficult to get the brand to reach younger audiences
