Pros

Interesting work Laid back work environment, but still productive Management is very interested in getting you into a role you enjoy and making sure you are comfortable

Cons

A bit slow paced Some of the employees fit the "Alabama" stereotype and can be uncomfortable to be around, but the majority are respectful

Pros

The work atmosphere is Great. The people in General are really helpful & made adjusting to a new job very easy.

Cons

There is very limited room for growth. If you didn't grow "up" at Marshall then you won't advance. Some fresh blood is needed....
