Pros
The center has lots of labs with facilities to do research. Flexible time to work whatever hours you want to get the work done
Cons
Work environment is very cliquish. You have to put up with reindeer games. Too many civil servant do very little to nothing all day- every day. Langley employee review surveys are the worst of all NASA centers. So the work environment has serious problems
