      Pros

      Great learning experience. Definitely challenging but very welcoming environment where every contribution made is useful to the team you work with. Great mentors and good opportunity to meet new people. Highly recommended for college students looking to gain real work experience.

      Cons

      The first week or two is very slow as they’re trying to get you properly set up.

      The environment and Center are great. The knowledge available to soak up from the brilliant people is invaluable. A professional environment.

      Cons

      The contract world is very unstable, as well as Term government employees. Interaction between teams is not always the greatest.
