Pros

Flexibility with schedule. Great supervisors. 100 bonus monthly when all core service complete and submitted in a time fashion. Helping others who actually want to be helped.

Cons

Large caseload. Some clients are unsatisfied, not willing to help themselves. Salary should be a minimum of $50,000 for this kind of work.

Pros

Flexible hours and Metro card program most holidays were acknoledged, great co-workers and supervisors. Staff appreciation programs.

Cons

Quotas were a problem for most staff and in many aspects unrealistic, clients were not serviced well. Lots of cronism. Not much diversity in management.
