Depending on your position, there is room for growth. Decent benefits, Holiday Party and staff recognition a plus.

Cons

Expectations from funders are at times unrealistic, large caseloads, and high staff turnover.

Very contemporary in Human Service assistance-Connected to a wide variety of services that help to promote clients' self-sufficiency. (Parole, Medical services, Psych- Services, Housing, Child Support, Employment, case management, Hospitals, treatment programs, B2W, WECARE, Etc.

Cons

I have seen none in my 3-4 years here and I have worked in the business and non-profit world for 37 years, including 20 years banking and 5 years as a school teacher.
