The co-workers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Not enough compensation for the work you are asked to do. There is a huge disconnect between management and their employees. Employees are not appreciated by management.

Pros

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you really care about your job and can hold the clients accountable to their responsibilities, it can be very rewarding to see their growth.

Cons

Terrible Management. Director does not know how to communicate to the staff properly when something goes wrong. Director can be very nasty and accusatory without gathering facts and is wrong with accusations more often than not. This keeps most of the staff on edge. No real room for growth at this branch. Saw several coworkers unjustly terminated. Clients can be treated like bar codes by management when deadlines need to be met.
