Pros

Create your own schedule, manage your own time

Cons

No training, supervisors had too much of their own work to be supportive, morale was always low & there was no sense of a "team"

Pros

People are great and they still have a partial remote work schedule, three days in the office, two days remote.

Cons

Employees don't seem happy, nobody talks to one another, mysteriously high turnover that appears like people are being fired right and left. Near total lack of training hurts everyone.
