      Pros

      -Very good colleagues. -Nice MD, HR & Admin team.

      Cons

      -Non-cooperative managers, very arrogant natured managers, feels like a dictatorship ruling. -Old employees can survive somehow. -Demotivation for your skills, lack of leadership skills for managers. -Managers try to take full control of new employees though you are experienced. -No peace of mind to work. -Dont be regreated to work here after joining , especially in Bangalore location.

      The office is not bad and it's new.

      Good but still needs improvement on Upgrading

      Pros

      Good benefits, good working hours, nice people to work with, there are many things to learn and many trainings they will provide, clean facilities, challenging role before you will be promoted

      Cons

      Not so high salary.. Has low focus on employee motivation due it is very hard to be upgraded
