      Ineffective management, leading to no real targets to be met. Hence less stress for those concerned. Great place to be if you are fine with routine activities.

      Cons

      Poor quality centric approach to manufacturing. No training opportunities for new staff. High attrition rate amongst employees under 3years. Too much power politics between departments leading to project failures.
